This program fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and international knowledge exchange, aiming to cultivate versatile professionals with global vision and innovative capabilities to contribute to sustainable urban development.Amid accelerating global climate change and urbanization, challenges such as urban flooding and water scarcity are growing increasingly severe. Through comprehensive UK-based curricula, global case studies, and fieldwork, the program systematically introduces cutting-edge technologies like Low Impact Development (LID) and hydrological modeling.

2. International Workshop on Sustainable Tourism Practice Teaching in Natural Heritage Sites

3. MARINE International Summer School
Organizer: School of Marine Sciences
Program Highlights:
This program has been held for three consecutive years, focusing on the cutting-edge fields of marine science. It brings together top scholars from around the world to deeply analyze the latest research trends in physical oceanography, marine biology, marine geology, and marine chemistry, paying attention to issues such as the interaction between the ocean and the atmosphere and environmental ecological effects. It strengthens the global perspective and interdisciplinary innovation ability of the participants. Through on-site investigations and on-site teaching using comprehensive research vessels and unmanned ships, the theoretical knowledge in the classroom is closely integrated with the practical observations at the ocean front.

5. Practice exchange on collaborative development of industry-university-research in new energy based on consultation, joint construction and shared benefits

This program is closely aligned with China's "dual carbon" goals, leveraging leading renewable energy companies as core practice bases to fully utilize their technological strengths as global leaders in renewable energy. Through deep collaboration between universities and industry leaders in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the project explores a dual-driven approach of "humanistic empathy" and “technological co-creation” to chart a new course for regional energy transition. Serving as a practical platform, it fosters deeper integration among young professionals in the region while empowering high-quality development in the Greater Bay Area through technological innovation.
